Another way I remove risk for Sellers is by offering my Communication Guarantee. Many Sellers report that they list their home with an agent and almost never hear from them! I don’t understand how those agents are able to stay in business.

I take pride in my open lines of communications with both Buyers and Sellers.  The market can change quickly and it is crucial to be kept abreast of local conditions and how they affect pricing and inventory.  

It is critical to monitor recent sales and current/new inventory.  I am a huge proponent of previewing homes that come to market and providing videos so that Buyers can immediately assess if it fits their needs.  

I am committed to proactively updating Sellers about what marketing has been performed that week, the response rate and scheduled activities for the next week.  It is very helpful to provide feedback from agents who have shown the home, any changes in mortgage rates or the local real estate market which might affect a sale. This is also a great time to answer any questions the Seller may have.
